Terms and Conditions:

1. Session Duration: Coaching/Advisory sessions can be either a single 50-minute or a double 105-minute, per your preference.

2. Scheduling: You can schedule coaching sessions at your convenience, subject to the coach's availability.

Depending on your desired pace, you may have 1 or 2 sessions per week.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.

3. Platform: Coaching sessions will be conducted via Google Meet, a secure and user-friendly online meeting

platform.

4. Payment: Payment details and pricing are on the relevant booking or multi-session block pre-payment pages.

5. Cancellation: We do not offer refunds for missed sessions.

6. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

Exceptions will be made only in cases where there is potential harm to yourself or others.

7. Coach-Client Relationship: The coaching relationship is built on trust, respect, and open communication.

You have the right to end the coaching relationship at any time.

8. Terms Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior notice.

9. Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this coaching agreement will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of

California.
